Q1. How do I order from BeddingShop.com  ?

After choosing your favorite model, please email (preferred) with mob no. with item, size and quantity,
our sales staff will contact you via email to confirm order with preferred delivery date and time:

Q2. How do I pay for my order ?

  1. Upon receiving our sales confirmation via email or fax, please check information such
    as order items, delivery address and contact information on the sales confirmation,

    notify us immediately if any rectification required.
  2. With reference to BeddingShop.com formal sales confirmation, please deposit / transfer to our
    HSBC (The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corp) corporate account
    .
  3. Email / Fax us the bank deposit slip for our notification.

Customer service department will confirm via email receipt of your deposit payment and
delivery.

***Do not deposit to any banking account other than our stated account in our formal sales confirmation/invoice. ***

Q3.  What's your delivery schedule?

Please view our delivery/shipment policies for both HK and international order details.

Following is Local (Hong Kong) delivery schedule for big items (bed, mattress, rugs, cushions):

Q4.  How to order from overseas?

Same procedures as local customer, except you need to arrange Telegraphic Transfer
payment to our company bank account as follows:

  1. Upon receiving our sales confirmation via email/ fax, please check information such
    as order items, delivery address and contact information on the sales confirmation,

    notify us immediately if any retification required.
  2. With reference to BeddingShop.com formal sales confirmation, please deposit / transfer to our
    HSBC (The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corp) corporate account.
  3. Email / Fax us the bank deposit slip for our notification.

Customer service department will confirm via email receipt of your deposit payment and
delivery.

Do not deposit to any banking account other than our stated account above.

Freight charges will be advised.  All packing are ready for overseas shipment.

Q5. Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, cheque is preferrable to a cash deposit which provides a record at the bank.
Remember to write your Name, Contact telephone no. and model order on back of
the cheque for reference.

This ensures security by having the transaction logged at the Hongkongbank.

We currently do not offer payment by Visa/Master on the internet due to company policy.

Q7. I am first time buying on the internet, how do you guarantee my satisfaction ?

We stand behind our products with top of the market after sales service. Any product found to be defective on delivery

will be replaced. All manufacturer defects will be covered by the individual trademarks manufacturer.

Q8. Product warranty, guarantee and exchange policy?

Bed

Upon goods receive please check and let know if manufacturer defect, we BeddingShop.com / individual brand owner will either repair or replace free of charge any part which becomes defective immediately within One Month, due to faulty materials or poor workmanship. Wear and Tear do not apply. 

Mattress

All Mattress has a 10-years Coil System Warranty* by the manufacturer.

Free repair and replacement* is provided for any manufacturer defects of the mattress coil system during the 1st year.  After the 1st year, you may exchange for a new product by means of a straight depreciation discount of same model base on latest price of the same model.
10 years warranty can be exercised ONCE ONLY for each mattress purchase and after exchange/replacement, original warranty apply so balance of the years of warranty of the original purchase remain on the new exchange/replacement unit.

Warranty apply to original buyer only, with presentation of original invoice and delivery note of the warranted mattress when warranty services are required. 

This warrants against manufacturer defects only of the system coil - normal wear & tear and misuse does not apply. The warranty excludes fair wear and tear, negligent usage (e.g. bending), body impressions, rough handling, scratch, cut and soil of fabric and improper care/maintenance. The warranty also excludes normal compression of the mattress as well as personal comfort preference due to aging and usage.

Customer is required to pay site visit cost stated below for claim of warranty or is required to provide proof/report of manufacturer defect for claim of warranty.

*minimum transportation cost apply for replacement or exchange of unit.
*charge apply for site visit inspection (HK$280 for HK side, HK$380 Kowloon side, HK$480 NT, Tung Chung, Discover Bay)
*exchange or replacement model could be different from original purchase due to available of material, parts and fabric.
*depreciation / exchange / replacement / price value is based on prevailing listed price on web site and subject to change without prior notice.
*BeddingShop.com reserves the right of all final decision in case of any disputes.

Futon

Futon comes with a 7 days manufacturer warranty  - manufacturer will either repair or
replace free of charge the futon within 7 days from date of purchase due to faulty materials or
poor workmanship.

Down & Linens

All Down product, Sheets, Cover, Pillows have quality guarantee from manufacturer defect  - manufacturer will either repair or replace free of charge the Linens or comforter within 3 days from date of purchase due to faulty materials or poor workmanship.

Exchange & Refund of products

While all our products are personal items, exchange or refund of products is not available due to hygiene issue after packaging been opened. All item must NEW, UNUSED in ORIGINAL PACKAGING for replace/exchange/refund with present of invoice

Max Liability of all products & purchases

All items max liability remake, exchange, replace one time under warranty or refund the purchase deducting delivery charge or other charges applicable.

Q9. Is it safe to buy on the Internet?

Yes.  To avoid fraud, which occurs mostly with transaction with credit cards, we only
accept cash, check and telegraphic transfer for international order.
