The warranty excludes fair wear and tear, negligent usage (e.g. bending), body impressions, rough handling, scratch, cut and soil of fabric and improper care/maintenance. The warranty also excludes normal compression of the mattress as well as personal comfort preference due to aging and usage. Customer is required to pay site visit cost stated below for claim of warranty or is required to provide proof/report of manufacturer defect for claim of warranty.
